    Patrick Lynch

    FOUNDER

    Patrick C. Lynch served as Rhode Island Attorney General from 2003 to 2011, focusing on juvenile crime prevention, criminal justice reform, and consumer protection. He led efforts against LNG facilities in Rhode Island, established specialized units for elder abuse and civil rights, and was a strong advocate for youth outreach, truancy prevention, and drug courts. In 2008, he became President of the National Association of Attorneys General, emphasizing child protection and online safety. A former prosecutor, Lynch graduated from Brown University and Suffolk University Law School and previously worked in private practice before his election.

    Jeff Guimond

    FOUNDING PARTNER

    Jefferson Guimond, former AG senior staff member, served as Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office, advising on policy, legislation, and public affairs. He played a key role in national attorney general associations and led initiatives on online safety and consumer protection. Previously, he was Finance Director for Lt. Gov. Charles Fogarty’s 2006 gubernatorial campaign and served as his Director of Legislative and Governmental Affairs, focusing on economic development, healthcare, and public safety. Guimond holds degrees from UMass Amherst and UMass Boston and was recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration for his advocacy.

    Cynthia Stern Lynch

    Cynthia Stern Lynch is a leading expert in navigating state Attorney General offices, with over 20 years of experience in government and public affairs. She has worked extensively with attorneys general, Fortune 100 companies, and national associations, specializing in advocacy, public policy, and crisis communications. Previously, she served as legislative director for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and was a senior partner at Catalyst. Cynthia holds degrees from Simmons College and Johnson & Wales University and resides in Rhode Island with her husband and their dogs, Duncan and Matilda.
